The windward side of an island takes the weather first — and grows the greenest for it. That's the kind of publishing we do.
Windward House Press is an independent fiction imprint registered in Georgetown, Guyana, publishing under its own ISBN authority through the Caribbean regional agency.
We publish complete series — romance, historical fiction, dark fantasy, and faith-based fiction — under seven author lines, each edited to a single house standard before the first book releases. Readers get whole arcs, not cliffhangers into the void. Several of our lines are rooted where we are: the Demerara Chronicles in nineteenth-century British Guiana, Glory Bend on the Belize coast — Caribbean stories written from the Caribbean.
Beyond the shelf, the house manages its catalog's subsidiary rights in-house — adaptation, audio, and translation — and is opening its production line to other independent authors as flat-fee services.
We answer email. That's the whole org chart.
